DJ Lifegoals together with Forehard & Larry Neverheard after months of pestering are finally releasing music on the prestigious yet humble label, Cold Blow. It's titled "Braindancing," a bit like breakdancing but with your brain. A term coined by Larry. The vinyl is a split.
The first track, "BROWN" by DJ Lifegoals is a tribute to the most important garment in DJ Lifegoals' wardrobe, his underwear. The track is sure to get you moving with its catchy beat and playful melody. Or at least the kick is boomy.
The second track, "November Grain", also by DJ Lifegoals is a one-of-a-kind experience. If you're into the sound of fancy machines passing gas, this track might be right up your alley. For the rest of us, it could be either humorous or off-putting. The lead melody of "November Grain'' apparently came to DJ Lifegoals while he was showering on his back, which raises some questions we're not quite sure we want answers to.
The third track, "Gary49'' by Forehard & Larry Neverheard, was made under the influence of some powerful herbs, and it shows. The track has an otherworldly feel, with some sort of alien nagging in the background that adds to the overall vibe. Listen closely, is it saying something?
As for the final track, "Pickelhaube," we can't remember how it sounds, but it's allegedly made by the same guys, and it might be a bit of a Drexciya rip-off.
"Braindancing" is a four-track release that is sure to delight fans of braindancing music. It is a serious release and a must-have for anyone looking for something to listen to.
